Recently I posted a new episode of Vegan Dinner & Dessert on my YouTube Channel. In this video, I made delicious, vegan mac & cheeze and ice cream cookie sandwiches. Both recipes turned out really well and are up on my channel. I had a little trouble with the cookies at first, but in the end made two versions of them and included advice on how to get them crunchy like Tate's cookies or soft and chewy, how I prefer them.
